It will be a big success if everyone plays his part—and you behind the scenes are just as important as those out front in the spotlight, getting the applause. It's the spirit of the Gang that goes over the footIights and makes everybody happy. And it does more than that—it lets people know that we Scouts are a wonderful family intent on making the world a happy place through the carrying out of our Scouting ideals
